Update on 12/16/25
After several email exchanges with the Locker Room owner and the Selkirk support staff, you can find the response directly from Selkirk explaining the situation.
The paddle seems to be authentic, though I still got the same NFC error. I am upgrading my rating to 3 stars because of the paddle case situation.
The paddle case is no longer included in the purchase unless you purchase it directly from Selkirk.
When I first emailed the contact of The Locker Room, the response stated Selkirk stopped including the paddle case in the package they got and quoted me the "red Selkirk paddle case" retails for $55. The funny thing is, even Selkirk is not selling the red paddle case on its own website, and the only place I found it is on Facebook Marketplace, where there are people selling the red Selkirk paddle case for $55. You be the judge yourself.
Just be aware of the situation: when you purchase the Boomstik paddle from this reseller, you will only receive the paddle, nothing else. The sale price is the same if you order it from Selkirk's website, where you will get both the authentication card and the red paddle case ("that retails for $55").

I apologize for the confusion and understand your disappointment.
To clarify: when the Boomstik paddle is purchased through selkirk.com, they include both the authentication card and the branded paddle cover.
However, if you ordered from a third-party retailer or via an ambassador, those extras are at the dealer’s discretion and aren’t guaranteed by our direct-sale policy.
Our NFC chip link is currently down.
Good news, you do not need to register your paddle. If you need to submit a warranty claim, you can use the link below, and we will get you taken care of.

I ordered the Regal edition during the BF sale.
I got my package today, and it's in an unsealed Joola shipping bag inside a box and nothing else.
No carbon fiber authenticity card.
No red Boomstik paddle case.
What's worse is when I scanned the NFC, it opened a Selkirk webpage but showed me an error and told me to scan a valid paddle.
